Your longest fish now earn awards
Open Profile, then Prize fish. Bronze, silver and gold cup lengths for every species, free for everyone. Analysis is redrawn, and widgets, the lock screen and Siri now carry the score.
- Open Profile, then Prize fish. Every species has a bronze, silver and gold cup length, and your longest saved catch for that species holds its award.
- Awards use the length saved in your logbook, snout to tail tip in centimetres. A catch saved without a length cannot earn one.
- Analysis now looks like a page from a field guide. One plain sentence per finding with the number that matters set large, dials for the conditions your fish were caught in, and an engraved plate of the species.
- Insights draws the day as a depth line, so you can see where in the water column your target sits from first light to dark.
- Open Analysis, then Insights. Lucky Lure names the lure that out-fishes the rest of your box when your record is long enough, and says whether that gap looks like a pattern or still chance.
- Compare saved spots for your target under Analysis, then Insights. Trips without a catch now count in those comparisons.
- With Pro, open Analysis, then Forecast. Compare six weeks and pick a day. Near days use the weather forecast. Later days use seasonal and moon timing.
- Add a GILLI widget to your home screen. It shows the score at your spot, the next twelve hours, and the next bite window, and it always agrees with the home screen.
- Start a session and the lock screen and Dynamic Island hold the running time, the score and the next window. Tap either to come back.
- Ask Siri for the bite now, the next window, or to log a catch. The same two actions sit on the Action Button, in Control Centre and in Spotlight.
- Share a photo to GILLI from any app to identify the fish, or share a licence PDF straight into your licences.
- Keep trip plans and edits offline. Open the home screen without waiting for an unavailable connection.
