Sixteen named breaks from Cadzand to Texel, across Zeeland, South Holland, North Holland and the Wadden Islands. Offshore banks bleed off roughly half the swell at low water here. Bigger swells push through anyway, small ones often do not, and the useful window tracks the tide. NORDR scores that in rather than printing a tide chart beside the wave height.
